Returns and refunds
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges or returns can be processed quickly and easily. Please send us an email with the reason for your return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Returns: We offer a 14-day return period, during which the customer can return their package without giving a reason. These 14 days begin when the package is received. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 14 days .
Return conditions: All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached , ensuring they are suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
NOTE:
BetheKnow does not offer refunds for SALE items. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for credit.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide refunds or credits if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one of the items, please return only the one you wish to exchange and keep the other.
Return costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country you are returning your package from.
Returns processing time: If you indicate that you would like to exchange a product when registering your return, we will work on it immediately. This way, we can ensure your exchange is completed within a few days.
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days . You can see when the package arrived at our warehouse on the tracked return shipment. The 10 business days start from there. You will receive a notification after the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What can I do if my replacement product is no longer available?
Please ask our customer service team about your options. We will provide an update when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already submitted your return and the product is out of stock, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you didn't receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to help.
What should I do if a product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We are happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to support@betheknow.com with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day period prior to the return deadline. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Please ask our customer service team about these options.
